Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the bk555 platform — including the website located at bk555.site and any related services, applications, or features offered by bk555 — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "the Terms"), together with the bk555 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bk555 platform and close your account. Continued use of bk555 after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility & Account Registration

Access to the bk555 platform and the creation of a bk555 account is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and continuously throughout the existence of your account:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering solely for personal entertainment purposes.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of a bk555 employee or any company associated with the operation of bk555.
• You may hold only one (1) registered bk555 account. Any attempt to create duplicate accounts — whether under the same or a different identity — is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.

Account Security & User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bk555 account credentials, including your username and password. bk555 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

All financial transactions on bk555 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. bk555 supports the following payment methods:

Bonuses, Promotions & Free Bets

bk555 offers various promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and enhanced odds vouchers. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered bk555 account holders only. bk555 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible game contributions are specified per promotion. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new bk555 players making their first qualifying deposit only. Players who have previously held a bk555 account under any name or payment method are not eligible for new player promotions.
• bk555 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice in cases of suspected abuse, technical error, or regulatory requirement.
• Only one promotional offer may be active per bk555 account at any given time unless bk555 expressly states otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred between bk555 accounts, withdrawn as cash before wagering requirements are met, or used in game categories that do not contribute towards wagering.
• Any attempt to abuse bk555 promotions — including collusion, use of multiple accounts, or systematic low-risk wagering specifically to drain bonus value — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and possible account suspension.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets, casino game rounds, and virtual sports wagers placed on bk555 are subject to the following general rules. Game-specific rules are published within the relevant game section of the bk555 platform and form part of these Terms.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bk555 platform. Any user found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, balances forfeited, and the matter reported to the relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one bk555 account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account details without their explicit consent.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or promotion through collusion, software exploitation, data manipulation, or any other artificial means.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or other software tools to place bets, interact with bk555 systems, or circumvent security measures.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bk555 platform — including but not limited to the bk555 logo, trade name, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, promotional materials, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of bk555 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bk555 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any bk555 content without written authorisation.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from bk555 software or interfaces.
• Use any bk555 trade name, logo, or branding in connection with any third-party product or service without express written consent from bk555.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download any data from the bk555 platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of bk555 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of the user's account and may give rise to legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bk555 and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of the bk555 platform.
• Any service interruption, technical fault, or downtime affecting the availability of bk555, including periods of scheduled maintenance or force majeure events.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your bk555 account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank.
• Any decision made by you to wager funds on bk555, including any financial loss resulting from gaming activity on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits bk555's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Responsible Gaming

bk555 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all of its products and services. We recognise that a minority of players may develop problematic gambling habits, and we have built a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools directly into the bk555 platform to support those who need them.

All bk555 account holders have access to the following tools from within their account Settings panel:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into bk555. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits — Cap the total amount you can lose over a defined period. Once a loss limit is reached, betting is suspended until the period resets.
• Session Timers — Set maximum session durations. An alert will notify you when your chosen time limit is approaching and again when it expires.
• Cooling-Off Period — Temporarily suspend your bk555 account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks). During this time you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from bk555. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the duration you select. bk555 will make every reasonable effort to enforce self-exclusion across all marketing communications as well.

Account Suspension & Termination

bk555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any bk555 account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.
• Suspected use of prohibited software tools, bots, or collusion strategies.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal in respect of any deposit made to bk555.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court order.

Upon account termination, bk555 will return any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering) to the account holder's last verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may also voluntarily close your bk555 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 24 hours.

Amendments to These Terms

bk555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on the bk555 website with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, bk555 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via their registered email address or via a prominent in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the bk555 platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using bk555 and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 11 above.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bk555 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through bk555's customer support process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of the issuing licensing authority.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact bk555 in good faith via live chat or the official support email address and allow bk555 a minimum of 30 calendar days to investigate and respond to your complaint. bk555 maintains an internal complaints process and is committed to resolving disputes fairly and transparently.

Nothing in this section limits your rights as a consumer under any applicable mandatory consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded by contract.
